2024 Sponsorships & Gala Program Book Acknowledgements
Please read the options below, and at the bottom of the form, you will be able to select your desired sponsorship level or purchase a half-page or full-page program book acknowledgment.
Sponsorships
Award Sponsorships
$5,500 per Category
- Award Sponsors will be underwriting the award finalists and their guests' attendance at the Gala, as well as contributing toward the production costs of the Gala, including the cost of the crystal award for the chosen category.
- Award sponsors will also be supporting the Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania’s mission to recognize excellent nurses and support environments where professional nursing achievements are valued.
- Sponsors will receive 8 Gala seats, recognition during the Gala with signage, including the company logo, and a full-page acknowledgment (which you create) in the Gala program book.
Scholarship Sponsorships
$4,500 per Category
- Scholarship Sponsors will be underwriting the scholarship recipient for the Gala and contributing toward the scholarship award and production costs of the Gala.
- Scholarship sponsors will also be supporting the Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania’s mission to contribute financially to the continuing nursing education of nurses in the Commonwealth of PA.
- Sponsors will receive 4 Gala seats, recognition during the Gala with signage, including the company logo, and a half-page acknowledgment (which you create) in the Gala program book.
Gala Program Book Acknowledgements
Program books will be available to those who attend the annual Nightingale Awards Gala. Half-page or full-page program book acknowledgments (which you design) are available for purchase. If you've chosen a sponsorship above, an acknowledgment is included, but you can purchase acknowledgments separately as well. Within this acknowledgment, you can:
- Recognize finalists or other nurses
- Advertise your company or institution
- Show your appreciation to a company or individual

Award Sponsorships: $5,500 per category

• Sponsors will receive 8 Gala seats, recognition during the Gala with signage, including the company logo, and a full-page acknowledgment (which you create) in the Gala program book.

Gala Program Book Acknowledgements: Choose: Full Page (5.5”W x 8.0”H) -- $350 or Half Page (5.5”W x 3.5”H) -- $250
• Choose this selection if you want to purchase space in the Gala program book to acknowledge a nurse, promote your organization, etc. You do not need to complete this section if a program book acknowledgment is included with the sponsorship or contribution level you chose above.
• You’ll need to create the ad and send it to us via email (in .jpeg or .pdf format) by Sept. 18.
