The festivities starts with the MyKingstonKids Halloween Parade leaving
Pine Grove Street (Near YMCA) and will end at the Kingston Plaza (Baseball Field near Hannaford). All community organizations, businesses, churches,
individuals, groups and residents are welcome. Vehicles, walkers and
bands are encouraged!!
