Vendors must provide their own tent, tent weights, tables and chairs.

Fee: $50 Vendor to provide a Door Prize Donation ($25) to be kept at your booth so all attendees stop by for a chance to win!

Electricity: We do not provide electricity; this event is outdoors on a grass area where the event will take place.

Important Reminders:

• Prohibited items for sale: The sale of recorded music if prohibited.

• Collecting and reporting sales tax is solely vendors responsibility.

• Absolutely NO PETS allowed except for Service Animals. No drugs, no outside alcohol, no weapons. All vendors may be

asked to remove any items not consistent with their application.

• All vendors must conduct themselves in a courteous, polite and professional manner. All vendors must abide by the rules &

regulations of Surviving Hope and the Lake Hopatcong Elks. You are responsible for being an informed participant and

following all event Rules & Regulations.

• No Refunds will be issued.

• Indemnification and Insurance: You are solely responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses which may be sustained as a

result of your vending operations at Surviving Hope Clambake / Pig Roast or any partner; shall have no responsibility for any

accident or injury caused by your activities. By participating in the event, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless

Surviving Hope Organization, or any partner from any damages, lawsuits, or claims arising out of any injuries or accidents

occasioned by your activities.
