Please note our cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our participants while maintaining the quality of our training programs. Due to the unique nature and preparation required for our trainings, we offer the following cancellation and refund policy:
1. Full Refund or Credit (1 Week or More Before Training):
- Cancellations made at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund or a full credit toward future training.
2. 50% Credit (2 to 7 Days Before Training):
- For cancellations made between 2 to 7 days before the training, we offer a 50% credit toward future training sessions.
3. No Refund or Credit (Less Than 2 Days Before Training):
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the training date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Reasons for This Policy:
- Resource Investment: We invest significant time, energy, and resources into preparing for each training, including the creation of materials.
- Participant Balance: Our trainings are highly interactive, often requiring an even number of participants for effective small group exercises.
- Limited Spots: To ensure a high-quality experience, we limit the number of available spots in each session.
