Cost: We believe deeply in making this event accessible to anyone who believes it might be helpful in their life. Therefore, we offer this class on an honor-based, "pay as you are able" system with suggested contribution levels. Your generosity in contributing as much as you are able supports our ability to offer events to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.

Our suggested contribution levels are:

  • Supporter Level: $25
  • Sustainer Level: $15
  • Community Level: $5
If these levels pose a challenge financially, we still encourage you to attend. No one is ever turned away for financial reasons. We invite you to choose an amount that feels right for you. Your contribution reflects your commitment to your personal growth and supports the Charlotte Center for Mindfulness’ ability to offer a sliding scale.
If you’re able to contribute more than the suggested level, we are deeply grateful, as it enables us to sustain this model and reach more people.
