Camp Pride Tree Registration 2025
We are thrilled to invite you to another amazing year of Camp Pride Tree, happening June 26th-30th, 2025, at the beautiful Camp Potosi Pines. This is a truly special experience for LGBTQ+ youth and their allies, where everyone can come together to celebrate community, build confidence, and just be themselves in a supportive and inclusive environment.
At Camp Pride Tree, we embrace all the joys of a traditional summer camp—minus the gender norms! Campers can look forward to:
Building self-esteem and leadership skills
Forming lifelong friendships
Escaping the pressures of everyday life
Gaining confidence and self-reliance
And, most importantly, just having fun and being a kid!
We welcome youth aged 10-17, with those turning 17+ eligible to apply for our Junior Counselor Program. (See our website for more details!) If your child’s birthday is close to the cutoff on August 15th, 2025, don’t worry—they’re still eligible to join us!
🌟 Who Can Attend?
LGBTQ+ youth and Allies, including youth who have an LGBTQ+ family member, friend, or classmate
We are proud to welcome campers from all over Nevada and beyond! While we primarily serve the greater Las Vegas area, campers from other states are welcome too—you’ll just need to arrange transportation to the Las Vegas Airport.

Some important information before signing your youth up to camp
Dietary Restrictions: While we will always offer a vegetarian option, for campers who are vegan we recommend they bring additional packaged food items to supplement meals, as vegan options are limited. Campers with strict dietary allergies will be required to bring their own packaged and labeled food, we will accommodate their needs and send a menu ahead of time so you can ensure your camper is getting comparable meals to their peers. We will have a specialist staff and point person to coordinate allergy and dietary restrictions with.
Mental Health Concerns: For campers with severe anxiety, depression, sensory challenges, or other mental health concerns, while we will always have a licensed mental health professional on site, it is also important to note that camp can be a very stimulating, loud environment. If you camper needs accommodations or tools please ensure to pack them and let us know on the registration form.
Phones/Electronic Devices: In order to enable our ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment, we are asking that NO CELL PHONES or electronic devices be brought to camp. We understand that a break from regular cell phone use will be challenging for some but we feel as though this policy will greatly benefit your camper's ability to remain present. If a camper wishes to communicate with a parent in case of an emergency, there is a phone in the common lodge which may be used ONLY with permission from camp staff. Exceptions may be made to this policy if a camper
