2025 Felix Award

Honoring Belonging, Inclusion and Advocacy

The Felix Award, Extreme Kids & Crew’s biggest fundraiser, celebrates artists and thinkers—writers, musicians, dancers, actors, and advocates—who reshape public perceptions of disability, fostering greater acceptance, belonging, and inclusion. Named after the founder’s son Felix, who has cerebral palsy, the award reflects his love for music and the outdoors. Proceeds from the Felix Award event support Extreme Kids & Crew’s essential programs, which provide over 400 hours of inclusive, year-round activities for neurodivergent youth and their families across New York City, in partnership with local communities. An indispensable community resource, EKC’s programs create safe, judgment-free spaces, supporting connection, self-expression, and personal growth while addressing social barriers.
