SCITECH Science Fair Judge 2025

Join us for the 35th Annual SCI://TECH Exposition! Hundreds of volunteers are needed to support a variety of activities designed to enhance the learning of STEM concepts scheduled for January 17 - February 22, 2025.

Sign up below as a science fair judge. Science fair volunteers will engage one-on-one with students in designated categories to review and rank order student projects. While a science background can be helpful, it is not a necessity. All volunteers will be provided with training at the event before the judging begins. Shifts include the following dates and times. You will have the opportunity to choose your preferred shift(s) by selecting "volunteer" below then choosing your preferred option(s). Each shift is about 3-3.5 hours long depending on the number of projects in the category you are assigned. The greatest need is for judges on January 23 with more than 1,000 student projects expected.

Grand Award Judging (Experienced Judges Only) - 11:15 am 

Entergy Junior High Science Fair - 2:00 pm
