2024 Year-End Campaign

Give hope and build families this holiday season

The Chicago Coalition for Family Building is a volunteer-led, grassroots nonprofit working to promote health and alleviate the mental and physical distress of individuals and couples diagnosed with infertility through education and financial assistance. Through both donated cycles by our Partner Practices and $10,000 financial grants - because of supporters like you - we are able to help those facing fertility challenges and make so many dreams come true.


Thanks to our incredible community, this past year we celebrated the 100th Coalition baby!

In celebration of this milestone, we invite you to join our 100 for 100 campaign, with our goal of raising one-hundred $100 donations, honoring this remarkable moment and allowing us to continue providing critical grants and support to individuals facing infertility, adoption, and surrogacy.Since our founding, we’ve donated more than $1.2 million to 202 recipients. Your support enables us to provide:

  • Fully funded IVF cycles generously donated by our Partner Practices
  • Financial grants that include surrogacy and adoption
  • Pre-implantation genetic testing to prevent the transmission of genetic diseases such as BRCA, Huntington’s, Cystic Fibrosis, Sickle Cell and more
  • Support for LGBTQ+ family building


Despite the great strides we’ve made, the need remains high. Each year, we receive over 100 applications from individuals seeking assistance, but our resources allow us to support only a fraction of them. Together, we can change that.
