New Pal Winter Fest Vendor Registration

Register here for New Pal Winter Fest Home for the Holidays Saturday December 14, 2024 2-6pm.  

ALL VENDORS that sell food, lotions, jams, jellies, etc (applied or ingested) MUST PROVIDE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (please list New Palestine Main Street Inc as additional insured.) AND FOLLOW HANCOCK COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT RULES AND PERMITTING.  Must provide prior to set up of booth.

All vendors will provide their own tent, chairs, tables.  Booth space will be 10x10 unless prior approval.  If you need a 10x20, Rate is $50.  All booths will be set up on grass.

NO electricity provided unless prior approval.

Set up will be from 10am - 1:00pm; ready to open for business at 2:00pm and stay until 6pm.

Thank you for your interest in being part of our Winter Fest Event.  

All Vendors will be responsible for providing their own table, chairs and tent.  10x10 is preferred due to space.  If you want a 10x20, rate will be $50.  NO ELECTRICITY provided unless prior arrangements have been made.  All vendors will be on grass.

ALL VENDORS that are selling topical or ingestible items WILL BE REQUIRED to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing New Palestine Main Street Inc as additional insured AND MUST follow Hancock County Health Department rules and permitting prior to day of event.

Set up will be from 10am - 1:00pm on Saturday, December 14, 2024.  Must be ready to open at 2pm and stay until event is over.
