At Water Wanderings, we’re all about building resilient, joyful connections with nature and each other. Our outdoor camps provide young people and families a chance to grow, learn, and flourish in a welcoming, inclusive community, no matter their background.
The Water Wanderings Experience
Held at Green River Reservoir State Park, our camps are only accessible by canoe—no cell phones, buildings, or conveniences. With a high counselor-to-camper ratio and a curriculum focused on equity, sustainability, art, and outdoor skills, Water Wanderings strengthens camper’s connections with nature, self, and community.

Impact and Vision
In 2024, we hosted 25 campers, launched new family camps, and developed a 3-year plan to expand our leadership team, increase camper enrollment, and diversify revenue. In 2025, we aim to welcome 40+ campers and deepen our community partnerships.
