We're currently raising funds to support rebuilding efforts in Oak Island, NC after Hurricane Florence - 2018

Hurricane Florence is set to hit the beautiful coast of Wilmington, NC on 9/13/2018 and stick around wrecking havoc for the next few days.  We are raising funds to assist in the rebuilding of any homes or businesses located on Oak Island, a small island that started as the home of Wellness Warrior Foundation.   With your support, we will use 100% of all funds donated to be used for these purposes.  If you are interested in donating your time, please check with the Oak Island Police or Townhall following the hurricane's exit next week.  In pastime *Hurricane Matthew* beach repair was handled at the federal level and individual assistance was not solicited.  Homes are usually contracted for repair, however, many residents live on the island and do not only have homes there for rental.  These are the homes we will focus our donations to support.

Thank you for your donations!  Your donations will make a difference in the lives of others!

Past Domestic Disaster Relief Efforts -

Puerto Rico & Houston, TX - Hurricane disasters of 2017

Hurricane Maria with wind speeds over 160 mph hit the island of Puerto Rico on September 20, 2017.  We are continuing to raise awareness and funds to support volunteer service trips for debris removal, delivery of water filtration systems, and repairing structures for the long-term goal of establishing community centers so that we may provide ongoing wellness and sustainability education to the local residents.

Wellness Warrior Foundation is prepared to offer free herbal medicine clinics, minor wound care, and comfort the emotional traumas people affected by disasters experience., regardless of where the disaster occurs.

Your support of our mission allows us to continue with efforts we started in 2017.

Did you know the water system in Puerto Rico is still unreliable?  In 2018, we had a small team, led by Suzanna Miller, deliver water filtration systems to people on the mainland and in Vieques, PR.  We continue to assess the situation and provide relief through our partner Open World Relief for ongoing mission work as well as plan to provide herbal medicine clinics in 2019.

Hurricane Florence - Preparing for the worst September 13, 2018

As you are probably already aware, Hurricane Florence is already starting to pound the east coast starting in Wilmington, NC.  Currently, I'm writing this from the Charlotte airport where I am ready to head to Richmond, VA, then onto the coast of NC on Saturday where I intend to travel down the coastline if I am permitted and if roads are not flooded.

Hurricane Matthew, a Cat 1 hurricane devastated inland parts of NC with massive flooding.  I was able to drive through parts of the area from Oak Island heading to Charlotte, along a path that unfortunately had many reroutes due to neighborhoods absolutely covered in water - some up to 20' deep.  I've never seen flooding like that before!  What they're anticipating for the Carolina cost beginning today may make Hurricane Matthew's wrath look piddly in nature.

Please consider supporting our efforts of rebuilding today!  Using the links provided, 100% of your donation will be directly used to rebuild our old stomping ground of Oak Island.

Thank you and God Bless!
