Help babies to be born and stay healthy in memory of your loved one
Group B Strep International (GBSI) is working to provide critical group B strep (GBS) information to all parents so they know how to:
1) Help protect their baby during pregnancy (A fever in the mom can be a sign of infection in her baby!)
2) Help protect their baby at birth (All pregnant women should be tested for GBS--many countries still don't!)
3) Help protect their baby once home from the hospital (All parents should be able to recognize the signs of GBS infection BEFORE they leave the hospital!)
GBSI provides complimentary patient materials and resources to health care providers and actively engages with providers at various perinatal conferences and exhibits around the world. To learn more about group B strep disease in babies, please visit gbs-intl.org.
If you would like to support our efforts by using either of the memorial contribution buttons on this page, you will have an opportunity to send an e-postcard to the family as well as post a message of support.
If you would prefer, you may also send a check or donate via PayPal by visiting gbs-intl.org/make-a-donation and designating if you would like for your donation to be added to your loved one's memorial page along with your name, amount of donation, and any message of support. Your name and amount of donation can also be kept anonymous if you prefer. Otherwise GBSI will let the family know of your support so they can gratefully acknowledge your memorial contribution.
Thank you for your support in memory of your loved one!
