Cancer Survivorship 101 - What Happens Next?
Surviving cancer involves more than the treatment prescribed. Sometimes there is little focus on the other aspects of a survivor's life during cancer and beyond.
Cancer Survivorship 101 is designed to educate survivors, their loved ones and anyone interested in some of the factors about that can play a role before, during and after diagnosis such as nutrition, fitness, sleep, disability and more.
Join us for this important forum featuring clinical experts from the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven Health and other experts to learn the latest impact on survivorship.
Please join us for breakfast at 8:00 - 8:30 am and the full program at 8:30 - 12:30.
This event is free and open to the public.
