Did you know that lung transplants have the lowest survival rate of all organ transplants? Did you know that only about 50% of lung transplant patients survive 5 years post-transplant? The Sid Foundation Lung Transplant Patient Support Program is to help lung transplant patients find funding and resources to help them beat the odds and live a happier, healthier, longer life. This program was launched in January 2018. Since then we have donated over $5000 to lung transplant patients for medications and medical equipment not covered by insurance. Please help us continue to provide funding and resources to lung transplant patients by donating today.
