Welcome to the PZI Unusual Payment form!

There are many reasons to use this form, and you have likely been
directed here by our admin.

If you are paying for one or more items or events with one amount, you are in the right place!

Your payment might include any item from the bookstore, (including DVD's), making a retreat registration installment or late payment for any event, or even an annual membership along with other disbursements to funds.

We want to be able to disperse your funds appropriately.

How it works:

Enter the total amount you wish to pay

Next follow the form to enter all pertinent information: name, address, credit etc

There is also a place to let us know exactly:' What are you paying for?' (So you can say for example: 'I am paying for my annual membership $200. & 3 Rhino books at 25. each = $75. and a donation to the scholarship fund of $300. For a total of $575.00')

If you leave us clear instructions that should help us follow them easily

The only donation type NOT covered here is dana for individual teachers - for that there is a separate GIVE DANA button.

One final note: if we are mailing you something - please make sure we have the correct shipping address for you.
