Dental Lifeline Network
Please help sustain Dental Lifeline Network's Donated Dental Services (DDS) Program by providing a financial contribution today.
Donated Dental Services (DDS) is a program of Dental Lifeline Network since 1985. Through DDS, volunteer dentists throughout the United States, including Illinois, provide life-changing and life-saving pro bono dental care to those most in need; individuals with disabilities, the elderly and those who are medically fragile.
The need for DDS is great; almost 3,000 patients are waiting for care. Since DLN has more than 15,000 volunteer dentists willing to help, the only obstacle to helping more patients is a lack of funding. The patient coordinator receives and evaluates patient applications, locates the dental offices ready to serve them, provides specialist and laboratory referrals, coordinates all appointments and logistical needs, and importantly, keep records.
Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help more individuals in need. All treatment and materials are provided at no charge to the patient-- your donation funds the coordinator who guides the patient through the process, schedules appointments, and maintains essential records. The average cost to coordinate treatment for each DDS patient is $400 while the average amount of donated care provided by our volunteers is $4,000 per patient so the return on investment is outstanding!
Donate one-time, monthly, quarterly or annually. For more information about Dental Lifeline Network, please visit https://dentallifeline.org/.
