Carnicom Institute (CI) is a non-profit 501 c(3) organization working solely for the benefit of humanity. The goal of CI is to provide the public with beneficial and responsible information through scientific, educational, environmental, and health research for the public welfare. The Institute is currently focused on the important issues of geoengineering and bioengineering.

Carnicom Institute has been active for over 20 years, beginning with the observations of one individual in regard to atmospheric changes. These observations led to scientific study and research that delved deeper and deeper into the enormity of the environmental and health situation.
