Reset and Renew
The practice of yoga helps us reset our nervous systems and listen to our bodies, both areas significantly impacted by abuse. New scientific studies have shown the positive impact a practice of yoga can have on the health and wellness of survivors of abuse.

You do not need to be a member of the YMCA to participate in this class.
At your first session please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the YMCA liability waiver at the front desk as well as the health form (download below) and Living Aspen liability waiver (if not signed online during registration).
Follow the Living Aspen signs to the yoga studio.
Check-in is required each week.
You will NOT be allowed to participate if the intake form/interview, liability and health forms are not complete.
