The practice of yoga helps us reset our nervous systems and listen to our bodies, both areas significantly impacted by abuse. New scientific studies have shown the positive impact a practice of yoga can have on the health and wellness of survivors of abuse.
To participate you must:
be 18 years of age or older
be a survivor of abuse
be seeking a healing journey
If this is the first Living Aspen program in which you are participating, you must complete the INTAKE FORM and interview prior to your first class.
