Explorations in History Day Camp
To know the past is to explore the future. Reading, writing, and drawing history can help students explore the connections between current and past events. This day camp assists middle school students in learning about local and Minnesotan history through indoor and outdoor activities that foster connections to the past. Activities include life skills such as tending a historic garden, making goods from the produce, reading, writing, weaving, and drawing.
This camp is recommended for ages 8-12.
*Day camps are 9:00 am - 1:30 pm with extended day ending at 3:30 pm.
