Green Line Performing Arts Center
La Femme Dance Festival is a celebration of women in DANCE and brings choreographic works created by women of Black/African Diaspora/African descent to Chicago audiences. Featuring work by choreographers: Lindsay Renea Benton, L. Graciella Maiolatesi, Marceia Scruggs, Jasmin Williams, and Brittany Winters. Suggestion donation for performances is $10.
March 14th: Green Line Performing Arts Center
6:00-7:30pm, A ChoreoLab facilitated by 2019 La Femme choreographer Lindsay Renea Benton focused on
generating movement and composition.
7:30pm-9:00pm. "Learning Circle". Choreographers come together to share information about various topics
related to the"business" of dance making with Guest Panel sharing expertise on dance presentation, fundraising, and marketing your work.

Marketing/Fundraising: Felicia Holman, Director of Linkage Partnerships at Links Hall.
*Both the ChoreoLab and Learning circle are free and open to all Chicago dancers and dance makers. Must be 18 and older. ........Only 25 slots available. RSVP required!

Join Red Clay Dance Academy for our 7th Annual Dance4Peace Youth Concert and Community Hug Awards. Our theme this year is"Building Bridges: Past to Future". Featuring performances by the Red Clay Dance Academy students, the Red Clay Dance Youth Ensemble, and guest companies Dyett High School (Chicago, IL), DancExcel (Gary, IN) and DLD Dance Center (Downers Grove, IL).
