IMPORTANT: We will reply to the email provided within 4-5 weeks of application submission. This email will either state whether or not you will be receiving a Dream Sock. Please do not contact us prior to this, as we will not respond to "Application Status" Emails.
Please apply ONLY if you meet all of the requirements below:
• You are not financially able to purchase a Dream Sock. We want to provide to families that cannot afford a monitor for their baby.
• Your baby is 4 months old or younger. We want to make sure babies are receiving the maximum amount of time to use their Owlet.
• If you are currently pregnant and your due date is within the next 3 months. Please apply when you are within 3 months from your due date. Our Applications are reviewed by our volunteers monthly, and you will receive a notification once these are completed.
NOT FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES WILL VOID YOUR APPLICATION IMMEDIATELY
VOIDED APPLICATIONS:
•You or someone else has already applied. (one application per baby, please)
•You are outside of the US.
• You have already received an Owlet from us in previous years.
