Professional Recruitment Fund

Carnicom Institute (i.e., Foundation) is seeking funding for the recruitment of professional staffed positions. CI intends to enlist professional employment recruiters immediately for certain critical positions.

The first priority in staffing will be that of a professional fundraiser for non-profit organizations. The work of Carnicom Institute poses special challenges in identifying an individual with the requisite skills, and an understanding of the complex nature of the work will be required.

The fees for professional recruitment services vary. However, an initial cost estimate is on the order of $300 per month, per company, per position, leading to an estimated $3.5K annually per position of recruitment.

Additional positions of recruitment will also be mandated in the near future.

To initialize this process with a focus on the fundraiser position, CI is therefore requesting $5K to enlist the services of professional employment recruitment agencies.
