Save Their Smiles is a grass-root organization devoted to improving dental health in Indigenous children in Northeastern Nicaragua. The program started as a educational outreach but has grown exponentially, and is now not only providing education and hands-on brushing experience, but also serves these impoverished communities with emergency dental care. This year, we have begun serving adults in the area as well, as these individuals have NO access to dental care and suffer greatly.
