We are fundraising to complete the development, marketing and initiation of OPAT (Online Peace Ambassador Training). OPAT develops leaders of Peace, who will be prepared to offer our Peace Techniques to their community to provide tools for reducing stress. We also offer presentations .which address bullying, and tools that can be used to address depression.

Peace may seem elusive, with stress playing havoc in so many lives. Stress is linked to possibly causing hypertension. Hypertension is the number one killer in the U.S. and the world... The thing is, once stress is diminished, what can be done to minimize the chances of stress returning? Mindset is the key. The Creators Gift 137 provides tools for decreasing stress and positively affecting mindsets, OPAT is one of those tools.

Positive stress is called entrees. OPAT is intended to make eustress a norm . Consider that planning a big party can be positive or negative stress. It is how one chooses to embrace the experience that determines how the process affects you. The same goes with other aspects of life. You get to choose what your experience will be. Even if someone does their best to control your emotions, it is always you who ultimately makes the decision of what your experience will be. You make this choice over and over, for numerous scenarios. Optimally, you can embrace having another perspective as a norm.

This is the reason OPAT is coming into being. OPAT - Online Peace Ambassador Training, develops leaders who are then called Peace Ambassadors and they have keys for reducing stress. They will be trained in teaching the power of choice. Embracing those keys include tools for altering one's mindset to one of appreciation for life, and awareness of the worthiness of all existence, including self.

The Creators Gift 137 is a humanitarian nonprofit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible. Every donation counts and is appreciated.
