MS Gulf Coast Gospel Flame Children Concert
Our Children are the Future and the Future is Now
I am Minister Aaron Standberry, President of Jehovah Ministries, INC (JM). We are a 501(c) 3, tax exempted charity/ministry in good standing with the State of Mississippi and the Federal Government (EIN #64-0863250). Jehovah Ministries mean “God’s Servants”, and we strive to be good servants of God (Jesus Christ) in the multimedia industry.
The most precious members of any society is its children. Mrs. Dorothy Coleman of Rescue Mission Baptist saw a need in the area concerning the youth. A need that included encouraging the youth to excel in life. Being of woman of God, she consulted the only one who could make a difference; The Lord Jesus Christ. He move on Mrs. Coleman to organized a Gulf Coast Children Choir. Being obedience to the Lord, she did it. She then connected Mr. J.J. Hairston, a renowned national Stellar Award winning Gospel artist. After hearing her concerns and proposal, Mr. Hairston offered his services for no performance fee. This was the birth of the first Annual Gulf Coast Gospel Flame Children Festival and Concert. Mrs. Coleman then reached out to Jehovah Ministries and Skillful Sounds Production for support. Both organizations agreed to help in anyway possible.
The concert portion of the festival will be on October 19, 2019 at Life Church on Pass Road in Gulfport, MS. Although, Mr. Hairston has waived his normal performance fee; however, there are others expenses that can not be waived. Those expenses are to cover travel, lodging, and per Diem. These expenses will come up to a estimated $4000.00. The exciting part about this event is that the Children Choir will be performing. Also, several local artists and groups will be on stage. We appreciate your interest in this benefit and are believing you will sponsor a portion of our upcoming youth event. All sponsors will be included in all advertisement packages.
The scriptures states in Matthew 19:13-14, Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. We will not in no way forbid the little children but we will suffer them to learn of the Lord.
