We believe it is time to start new traditions that align with values of compassion, altruism, and love. That's why we are kicking off the holidays with a "Celebration of Thankful Living" to gather together human guests, and happy rescued animals, to enjoy the start of a more compassionate holiday season.
Join us for a tour of our beautiful hilltop sanctuary, situated on 16 acres, and meet all of our animals: we have rescued turkeys, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, horses, senior dogs, and cats. After the tour we will feed pumpkins to our turkeys and pigs. Then we will enjoy appetizers featuring a variety of Miyoko's Creamery artisan vegan cheeses and a delicious hearty vegan meal followed by a surprise dessert.
We will also have a silent auction with several fun and festive items! All profits go to the food, medical, and lifetime care of our 45 furry and feathered family members.
Event Details and Timeline:
Come on up to our sanctuary from 1:00-4:00 PM on Saturday, November 2nd!
Please arrive a few minutes before 1:00 to check in for an entertaining and informative one hour sanctuary tour led by Loving Farm Co-Founders, Tracey and Bill Soucy. You will meet all of our happy animals, have plenty of time to ask questions, and don't forget to bring your cameras! We recommend you dress in layers and wear boots.
After the tour you can dine on one of our terraces, or inside our home, enjoying the view of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves…and our animals! Of course!
Each ticket includes dinner and dessert! We will be serving a colorful mixed green salad, Bill’s Signature Vegan Chili, and homemade cornbread. For dessert we will have a vegan surprise! Filtered water with lemon will be provided.
You are welcome to BYOB. A refrigerator, ice and glasses will also be provided.
No refunds please. If your plans change, and you cannot attend, please consider your ticket purchase to be a donation for our animals. They are always grateful for support! All profits from this event go toward the lifetime care of our furry and feathered family members.
Note: Menu subject to change without notice but it would, of course, remain vegan.
