Help grow our pale blue dot world
In 1990 Carl Sagan convinced NASA to turn around Voyager 1 and take a picture of the earth from the furthest distance ever seen by man. The photo captured only a pale blue dot, the size of a dust mote, in a vacuum of dark space.
Paleblue.fm is a non-profit organization that produces open source creative tech projects for all humans, starting with a regular podcast/radio show/music set hybrid. At a time when dramatic changes in modern technology are impacting and often disrupting every level of society, we want use those same forces to forge connections - to document, preserve and nurture our ties with each other.
Our mission is to harness the power of art and modern technology to inspire empathy, augment lived experience, and provide an open source alternative to anything. Our dream is to reach out to anyone who’d like join the conversation and help us grow our Pale Blue Dot world.
