Executive Director- Eric Holm
Eric Holm, Executive Director
Eric began his involvement with YFC in 1998 as a volunteer at the Polk Halfway House in Bartow, FL. His volunteer ministry led to involvement at the two other residential facilities as well neighborhood groups and summer wilderness camps. In 2003, Eric joined the staff team overseeing our ministry at three juvenile justice sites and one neighborhood group as well as summer wilderness camp.
In December 2006, Eric was recruited by the Polk County Sheriff's Office to serve full-time at the juvenile boot camp, still remaining as a volunteer for YFC in many areas of our ministry. Later Eric returned to full-time ministry to serve as the student pastor at a local church, where he served for ten years before returning to our staff team as the Executive Director in August of 2019.
Eric has a passion to see kids come to salvation in Jesus Christ through authentic Christ sharing relationships. He believes that this will not only make the difference in the life of the young person, but can impact entire families and future generations. As our director, Eric desires to build strong effective staff led, volunteer driven, ministry teams to reach every possible young person in our community.
Eric is married to April and they have three kids, one dog, and one cat.
Your financial support is a great investment in helping us share the love of Jesus with kids, wherever they are.

Almost 90-days In!
It is hard to wrap my head around the idea that I have already been here at YFC in the role of Executive Director for nearly 90 days (Nov 19th will be 90 days). The days have been filled with learning, phone calls, reviewing records, attending YFC/USA training and conference opportunities, launching school year groups, ministry site visits, speaking engagements, board meetings, a golf tournament, and more! Even with the "business" of all that is happening, I am very excited about the current and future ministry here at Youth for Christ.
As we enter in to a season of the holidays, YFC is given so many opportunities to share Jesus with our kids and their families through the support and gifts of people like you. Some give food for food baskets given to families. Others provide gifts that at times are the only gifts our kids will receive for Christmas. Other support the ministry financially through sacrificial gifts so that we might continue our on-going ministries to the young people in our communities, in juvenile institutions, and in schools.
Thank you for your prayers, support, and love that you show to YFC. God Bless!
