Invest in Black Parent Innovation
In the midst of COVID-19 & social isolation, P4L has created needed healing spaces for over 250 Black parents and families to connect, process, and care for themselves and each other. Help us reach our goal of raising $15,000 to continue our 2022 Community Care sessions and pay for new healing practitioners to bring their medicine to our community of caregivers.
Here are reflections from Black parents/caregivers on the impact of our Community Care Space:
"There’s so much heaviness these days, which is also important to process and reflect on, but it has far outweighed everything else in both my personal life and my relationships. So thank you for the reminder and for pulling us up and out of the heaviness."
“I’d love to continue being in space together with other Black parents and with time to check in smaller groups. That felt so special to be able to do that with folks from across the country at this moment.”
“Thank you for all that you are doing for black mothers, black children and black families. I recently found your podcast and listening has been one of the things that is getting me through this pandemic.”
