What Giant are you ready to take down? Fear, Poverty, Climate Change, learned limitations? It's time to turn the tides.
Taking Down Giants, is a Feature Length Documentary film and movement highlighting Women who have found their voices and are taking down giants all over the planet.!!! Women who are doing amazing things on the planet to generate change. Climate change, Animal rescue, Water projects, Downhill mountain biking, Women Farmers, all breaking barriers to move the world toward equality through empowered girls being witnessed and seen.
From Climate change issues to activism in farming. How women especially in this day and age, need not be afraid to be empowered, feel empowered and teach empowerment to our youth. There is a great need for positive role models in the world, not someday, but right now. We can use the power of media, social media, visual storytelling, and Virtual Reality, to empower and uplift the voice of one another instead of the opposite, breaking or tearing down the power that lies inside of all of us.. EMPOWERMENT!
We have secured a full team (see links below), including Director Michael Abt, and an amazing Director of Photography John Perez, who has shot the likes of Jay Z, Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, and recently Paul McCartney. We are looking out for more people and/or organizations who will get behind this film not only to tell the stories, but to continue the dialogue after the credits roll. The impact is priceless. We have already secured the United Nations and several other foundations to get on board! Ideally we are designing this film not only for theaters, but as a call to action and platform for PSA’s, KEYNOTE SPEAKERS, and MOTIVATIONAL MEDIA. Catapult discussions about how we can better empower our youth, our planet, inspire change, improve education for girls, and create better role models. urge our communities to take action by organizing clean up events, removing plastics from the ocean areas for example, conserving water and energy in their households,embracing young teens who are showing leadership abilities. Encourage them to use their VOICES.
Encourage women, and our NEXT generation of women, to cast out the fear of speaking up and speaking OUT.
We have scheduled various keynote speaking engagements as a result of this concept being formed, are creating more platforms for others to join in on the movement. Together we WILL make a difference even if it is in one little girl, one woman, one organization that knows that she or they have the right and the power to be!
