Movement Class for People with Parkinson's Disease

GREY MATTERS: Dance for Parkinson's and for older adults.  Dance and movement class to help balance and mobility for adults living with chronic or age related conditions. Grey Matters is reaching to a broader population with creative management for chronic and age related conditions beyond Parkinson's disease. Caretakers of participants are welcome.


The class is designed with exercises in seated and standing positions. The class progresses with dances that emphasize coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and agility, while stimulating the mind with creativity and imagery as a form of alternate symptomatic therapy.


Each class will be $5 for the patient. Caregivers and guests will be free. Each student must register only once during the Session. Registration is free, students will pay in class. Once registered, students can drop in to any class throughout the entire session.

OR you can pay for 10 classes in advance by purchasing a punch card below. 

Fall 2017 Session Registration

Registration is free, but each class is $5 for each Parkinson's patient. Guests and caregivers can attend for free. Students will pay when they arrive. 

You must register only ONCE if you are going to attend any of the classes of the session. Then you are welcome to drop-in to any class during the session.

If you would like, you can purchase a 10 class punch card for $50 below. 

Only the patients need to register.
