You are cordially invited to the Whatcom Family & Community Network's 2019 Ken Gass Community Building Awards and Dinner. The event will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019, from 5:30-8:30 PM at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal in the Dome Room (355 Harris Ave) in Fairhaven.
Each year WFCN accepts nominations from community groups, youth, adults, and businesses that our Board, staff, and partners have noticed doing special work in our community to link people together so that our children and families thrive. This year there is a stunning list of recipients who build community -- helping us be stronger together. See the list of honorees below.
Early Bird registration is $25 per adult (until the 11:30 pm on 12/3 Giving Tuesday); $12 for youth under 17 years old. From 12/4 until the event and at the door, it is $35 per adult. Youth under 17 years old tickets will be $12 at any time. Tickets can be purchased online here or at the door. Tickets and registration are suggested as a donation to offset the costs of the event. If you are not able to do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your place for the event. The dinner will be catered by our friends at Kelly's O'Deli of Ferndale. No-cost parking is available at the terminal after 5 pm.
