Infinite Chance is proud to announce Strides for Education, a virtual 5K Family Fun Run/Walk!
This low-key, individual event is a fun way to stay active AND help children in need!
The premise is simple:
Register here, and submit your $15 entry fee. You will receive an email with further details, including your printable race bib (optional).
Using a GPS routing program (we recommend Google Maps or Map My Run), plot out a safe, 5 km ahead of your race date.
Choose any day and time convenient to you during the week of April 25 - May 2, and complete a self-timed run or walk on run the path you selected. You have an entire week to complete 5 km, so if you need to break it down and complete 1 or 2 kilometers per day, that’s no problem!
We highly encourage participants to SAFELY take photos and video of themselves along their route, to show their support of Infinite Chance. Upload your race day photos to Instagram and Facebook using the hashtag #ICStrides, and tag @InfiniteChance_guatemala to be entered to win an Amazon Echo Dot! Every tagged photo counts as an entry, and there is no limit to the number of entries. Drawing taking place on May 3rd!
Proceeds from this event will be used to offer emergency relief such as hygienic items, vitamins, medicines, and meals for Hogar Miguel Magone (a Guatemalan children’s home with which we partner) in preparation for a potential Covid 19 outbreak in Guatemala.
