COVID-19 & FNC Farm – PLEASE HELP IF YOU ARE ABLE!
FNC is very aware that a lot of people are struggling right now. 94% of those people we work with are low-income, many living below the poverty line, often without enough money for their next meal.
FNC Community Learning Farm believes that access to fresh healthy, food is a right and not a privilege. We need local agriculture now more than ever.
FNC Community Learning Farm provides over 4000 pounds of fresh, nutritious, locally-grown produce every year to the North Philadelphia community.
FNC Community Learning Farm serves those most vulnerable, as 94% of our constituents are low-income, many already living below the poverty line, wondering from where their next meal will come.
FNC Community Learning Farm commits to continue to work to make sure our North Philadelphia community has access to fresh, nutritious, locally-grown produce during these challenging times.
Please help by giving at whatever level you are able. With everything that is happening now, payments from our funders will likely be delayed – and small, social service agencies like FNC operate on a shoestring budget. Nobody lives in a bubble – we are all family and whatever happens to one of us ultimately affects us all.
