In keeping with our mission to foster mindful compassionate cultures in schools, homes and communities we have expanded our offering to our live-stream viewers. Stress is a natural and unifying aspect of the human experience. However, our modern life has made it difficult to balance out the levels of toxic stress that we accumulate each day.
Through mindful breathing, movement, cognitive training and integration of various health and wellness practices it is possible to transform the negative effects of stress and improve our overall well being. This event is FREE and will be streamed live online, all are welcome!
