Course materials will be available through CRNA event page. Course is open to all attendees. All attendees will be asked to answer several demographic questions to meet Move United Grant requirements — all are absolutely confidential.

Trail Orienteering (Trail O) description is provided. Trail O is a form of orienteering where those with disabilities and the able-bodied compete equitably in locating the correct control located at stations along a designated trail. Problem-solving/decision making and fun are a premium! Trail O is similar to the military's land navigation.

This course will provide the attendees the basics to participate in foot and trail orienteering events, both club and national ranking events. Provided Int'l Orienteering Federation handouts will add additional confidence in participating either in the open or paralympic classes. Just remember your compass and decision making/problem solving!!
