Maddie's Mission Reduces Plastic Waste
Maddie is a middle school student who took matters into her own hands when realizing how many plastic straws her school was using. 
She started Maddie's Mission, selling reusable metal straws with a silicone end guard to protect teeth and a drawstring washable carrying case. The proceeds from the $5.00 sales of the straws go toward purchasing more and supporting POP research on plastics ingested by fish!
