Zina Bozzay

A member of Intersection for the Arts.

Zina Bozzay researches, teaches, and performs traditional Hungarian village folk songs. Her Hungarian Folk Singing Circle teaches traditional songs to people of all backgrounds, and her ensemble Vadalma performs original arrangements of the songs. She brings a new face to this repertoire in the US and uses its lessons to instigate social and cultural change.
