Fall into Winter Cooking with Butternut Squash
Join us for a virtual cooking event! Rhonda will guide us through preparing a variety of dishes using butternut squash.
We will provide the main ingredients.
Ingredient and material list for participants:
salt/pepper, olive oil, fresh garlic, parmesean cheese and butter (or vegan substitute), upcycled glass jars for food storage.
Optional: hot pepper flakes, cinnamon, sugar,
Coastal Foodshed: butternut squash, mushrooms, kale, sage, onions, potatoes, apples.
