holiday season.
Our Community Service
During the holiday season, it is a special time to be with family, enjoys the exchange of gifts, and celebrate eating a festival family meal. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has traumatically impacted our community and family lives mostly with unemployment and hunger. This holiday season, we want families to experience joy and happiness. During the Douglas Brothers Foundation 12th Annual Holiday Treat Festival our goal is to give toys to children and spread joy and happiness.
We have great volunteers that help us
make it happen. Please join us on #GivingTuesday December 1, 2020, to help families with your donation. Thank you.
Community
Feeding Event in Clayton County- 2020
The Douglas brothers Foundation Community Feeding Event was a great success! Amid the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to show
our love and care for people. Meals were provided for essential workers (nurses and doctors) and families. Good home-cooked meals
were prepared by Harry Douglas, Stephanie Douglas, and Harry Douglas IV.
Our ability to serve the community was possible through leadership, unity, and great support. We give God the glory and thank our volunteers
for following our social distancing procedures and guidelines and executing great service to the community.
We especially thank our community leaders and sponsors.

Thank you.
My family and I deeply appreciated the home-cooked meal. It helped tremendously and we were shocked to have a home-cooked meal. It was good too! This was truly a blessing. The setup was superb and the way the volunteers had it all together was amazing. They were friendly and the presentation was excellent. I loved how the bags were sorted, labeled and we all were served at the same time. Thank you again.” VSP
