Why do we need donations?

 


KARA relies on the generosity of our supporters to:

  1. Grow our newsletter to 5000 and launch our next Financial Literacy Peer Group in 2024 ($60 for the year or $5/month)  
  2. Publish our new AMERICAN CHILDREN IN 100 CHARTS Book ($18,000 for initial publication to provide to 1000 legislators, administrators & other policy makers to help them make more informed programs and policies) $18.00/per book
  3. Launch the next INVISIBLE CHILDREN Campus conversations on at least four  campuses across Minnesota ($20,000/sponsorship per college) Learn more here
  4. Work with 50 CASA child advocate organizations to bring them Google's $120,000/yearly free advertising grant. Expand awareness to the administrators and legislators that can address the needs of abused and neglected children. $500/month per organization (1 CASA / State) 5% marketing penetration = $6 million dollars in CASA ad spend annually.
