Amy Tibbitts, LSCSW, is founder and director of the Lilac Center. She has been providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) since 2000. She has extensive knowledge and skills in treating individuals with borderline personality disorder and clients at high-risk of self-harm. In 2013, she authored a DBT Skills Workbook: You Untangled - Practical Tools to Manage Your Emotions and Improve Your Life.
