After registration, all sponsors need to email their company logo immediately as a PDF, EPS or JPG file to [email protected]. The deadline is May 1, 2023 for tee shirt sponsors to ensure your logo will be included on tee shirts. Higher level sponsors may need to submit their logos sooner to be included where appropriate. Items for distribution, if applicable, should be brought with the sponsor on the day of the event and distributed from their expo table.
