This class is for parents without toddlers in tow, but 0-6 month old babies-in-arms are welcome, if childcare is a challenge.
The topics covered are based on the needs of each group, but common topics include: Sleep and separation anxiety; tantrums, tears and aggression; setting limits; sibling support and squabbles; whining and defiance; parent support, stress reduction, and silliness.
