STEM Lab: First Year
For rising 6th-12th graders or
students in that age range.
Work on skill building,
equipment proficiency, setting up living cultures of daphnia, C.
elegans, & C. reginae. This is a chance to expose
students to many of the tools and equipment used in scientific
research.

the lab, safety and protocol, ethics, scientific method, reading a
scientific paper

equipment, plus care of daphnia and C. elegans

each group is limited to 6 students, and we'll be masked and observing social
distance in the lab.
