Parent of team members shall and will indemnify and hold harmless the Angleton Police Officers Association and Angleton Volunteer Firefighters Association, Its agents, officers, and employees from and against any and all liability claims, demands, damages, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, and causes of action of any and every kind nature arising or growing out of or in any way connected with Angleton Police Officers Association and Angleton Volunteer Firefighters Association, Guns N Hoses Events. We also hereby agree to allow the Angleton Police Officers Association and Angleton Volunteer Firefighters Association to use any and all pictures, videos, statements or other publicity related information or material for the future promotions of these or similar related events or promotion.
