National League of POW/MIA Families 52nd Annual Meeting
Newcomer Orientation: There will be an important informational session in the Patrick Henry Board Room (1st floor), on Wednesday, June 22nd, 6:30 - 7:30 PM. First-time attendees are welcome and encouraged to attend. Followed by a Welcome Reception, Crystal Room (Plaza Level) from 7:30 – 9:00 PM.
DoD Offices: All Service Casualty Offices are located on the 1st floor and available for Individual Case File Reviews on Wednesday, June 22nd from 12:00 - 5:30 PM, Thursday, June 23rd from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday, June 24th from 7:30 AM -5:30 PM, and Saturday, June 25th from 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
Service Hosted Luncheons: will be held from 12:45 - 2:00 PM on Friday, Friday, June 24th, in the Virginia Ballroom (Plaza Level)
Boutique: The League Boutique will be open Wednesday, June 22nd, 5:30 - 8:30 PM and during posted hours throughout the meeting and is located in the Old Dominion BoardRoom (Plaza Level).
Dress Code: The dress for the meeting sessions is business casual or Military Class B. The dress for the Annual Meeting Dinner on Thursday, September 16th is semi-formal/cocktail attire for the ladies, and suit and tie or Military Class A for the men.
If you are not currently a League member but are an eligible family of an unreturned veteran of the Vietnam War and wish to join the League, send an application with this form and your membership fee ($25/yr). The combined $125 cost of the 52nd Annual Meeting and Dinner for all League Members, plus your membership is a total of $150. This is only $5 above the non-member cost for the annual meeting and dinner ($145). You must be a dues-current League family member to vote at the Business Session.
