• Please note: the teacher will be offered the option to take a COVID test and remove her mask if she'd like to do so.
• If you have been traveling, have any new symptoms, or think you may have been exposed to COVID, we ask that you take an antigen test before attending. Please don't come if you test positive for COVID or think you may have COVID.
• Field Control Trio Plus portable air purifier will be running (H13 HEPA with an ultraviolet light component).

Rebecca Bradshaw, one of the Guiding Teachers of the Insight Meditation Society, has been practicing Vipassana meditation since 1983 in the United States and Myanmar and teaching since 1993. She completed her dharma teacher training at Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts, where she is part of the three month retreat teacher team, leads retreats for young adults, and serves as a member of the diversity committee. Rebecca teaches a body centered approach to meditation, supplemented with large doses of loving kindness. She has a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). For more information, please see her webpage at www.rebeccabradshaw.org.

Our teachers have historically received 60% of the dana given for dharma talks, and while this is still true, since the pandemic, we do make sure teachers receive a minimum guaranteed amount. Insight Western Mass operates entirely on the sangha's acts of generosity. Those who donate more are helping to make the center accessible to all.
